Returning any Zaps?
Although customer satisfaction is our number one priority, we understand that things don’t always go to plan. Zappyo will only be able to accept returns on damaged goods that remain unopened. With strict FDA and TGA restrictions across the globe, Zappyo will be unable to accept returns on any opened products. If you have any concerns about damaged products, please write to us at info@zappyo.ca, clearly indicating your name and order number, and we will be glad to assist and find the appropriate solution.
Returning Teaware Items?
Not satisfied with the product you received? Zappyo offers a 15 days return for refund or exchanges.
Here’s what to do:
- Please send an email at info@zappyo.ca with subject line “RETURN - ORDER NUMBER”.
- Indicate the reason for your return.
- Please clearly indicate your name and mailing address.
- Keep in mind that Zappyo will not be responsible for any shipping charges.
For all returns please allow 3-5 business days for Zappyo to process you request.
